About the STARS Tribute
Each year the DC Association of Chartered Public Schools (DCACPS) highlights the "STARS" of charter schools. The STARS Tribute is an annual event designed to honor the "best of the best" in the DC charter school community. It celebrates outstanding achievement of students, teachers, parents and school leaders in 14 award categories.
Through programs such as the STARS Tribute, DCACPS seeks to increase opportunities and outcomes for students by supporting the development, growth and sustainability of quality charter schools in Washington, DC.
This event is supported by generous sponsor and partner contributions and donations from businesses, organizations and other members of the DC public charter school community.
